Your neighbour can sue you and your wife for noise from the next room, says a Nigerian lawyer
InbA Nigerian lawyer, Stella, has revealed a surprising legal loophole in the country.
She explained that citizens possess the right to file a lawsuit against their neighbors if the noise levels become excessive during private moments, such as screaming.
She warned individuals to enjoy their activities in silence, as the consequences of not doing so could be severe.
She noted that filing a lawsuit often leads to significant compensation awards.
