Nollywood star Wunmi Toriola expressed her frustration on a film set due to the producers’ careless approach to her safety during a tense scene.
In this particular moment, Toriola was acting as a wife enduring mistreatment from her violent partner. However, her discomfort grew as the scene escalated beyond her comfort zone.
She voiced her disappointment, pointing out that the producers did not step in or suggest a retake, suggesting they were more focused on the film’s success than on her well-being.
She was heard saying:
“Cut na! Or are you all unfortunate? Is it until AY kills me? Because you want to collect AMVCA award? This category is not sponsored. Because of N200K, cut Brother Mojeed. Do you want to wound me? Don’t you know I bleached?”
