Former Big Brother Nigeria housemate Tsakute Jonah, also known as Saskay, is making her mark as a social media influencer and an aspiring actress.
In a recent conversation with Potpourri, Saskay shared her aspirations within the film industry and the types of roles she’s particularly keen on.
“I’m looking to work with people who are producing quality.I’m not just looking for the fame that comes through acting. I want to do something that will speak to the people. I want a role that will make me sit down and take days or weeks to fit into. I want to pour my mind into that role.”
Saskay highlighted her preference for roles that challenge her, saying, “I’m not just seeking a part where I just read a script and step onto set. I want something that will push me to explore who I truly am.”
Regarding her dream role, Saskay mentioned, “I’ve always dreamt of playing a villainous character—something I haven’t had the chance to do yet. Most of the recent roles I’ve had have been light-hearted, like that of a young teenager, which is not who I am in real life. I’m really interested in taking on the challenge of playing a party girl, a role that’s quite unconventional. It would be an exciting opportunity for me.”
