Victor Osimhen confirms return date from Injury

Galatasaray and Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has confirmed his return date from injury.

The 25-year-old, who suffered an injury during Galatasaray’s 3-3 draw with Kasimpasa, shared in a video that he anticipates returning for the club’s next league match against Antalyaspor on October 19.

Osimhen’s injury happened just after he scored twice in the game, leading to his substitution at halftime.

The injury also ruled him out of Nigeria’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Libya.

Initially, it was thought Osimhen would be sidelined for six weeks. However, when Turkish journalist Caner Isbegendirenon inquired about his return date, he responded, “After the international break.”
