Nigerian singer Yemi Alade has shared her ideal partner’s qualities, stating that she prefers a man who is funny but not overly clownish.
In a recent interview with VJ Adams, the ‘Johnny’ crooner also mentioned that she values facial hair, eye color, height, and most importantly, the quality of his voice.
VJ Adams asked: “What are the physical qualities you notice first in a man?”
Yemi Alade responded, “I really like beards. It’s definitely the eyes, the way they carry themselves, their height, and most importantly, the quality of their voice. Funny is great, but not to the point of being a clown. There’s a fine line there.
“I also prefer someone who is modest. They shouldn’t be overly boastful, but they should also be open about their feelings. I’m not a fan of people who constantly brag.”
