This comes a month after Christine’s estranged husband, Christian, secured a legal victory during their tumultuous divorce proceedings.

The star who shares 2-year-old son Christian Georges with her ex split from the tech entrepreneur after he was arrested at their LA house for assault with a deadly weapon earlier this year in March.

Following this incident, Christine sought a temporary restraining order, which led to Christian filing for divorce in early April, nearly four weeks after the arrest.
