A 60-year-old man, Stephen Okom, has been found de*d in his girlfriend’s room at Akwansere in the Adansi Asokwa District of the Ashanti region.
Adom News, based on information gathered, reported that Mr. Okom became unconscious during a passionate encounter with his girlfriend.
He was immediately taken to Fomena Government Hospital but was declared dead shortly after his arrival.
His partner is identified as 40-year-old Martha Nsowah, who is presently under police custody to aid with the investigation.
Reaching out to Adom News, the relatives of the deceased, Michael Aboagye Tuffour and John Ampofo, shared that they were caught off guard by the tragic news.
They reported that Mr. Okom was only experiencing typical minor leg pains and traveled to the scene immediately following learning of the incident.
The deceased’s body has been respectfully placed at the Fomena Government Hospital mortuary, awaiting the necessary autopsies.
