Nollywood actress, Lola Akindoju mourns the passing of her father, Chief Williams Akindoju, at the age of 71.
Lala Akindoju used to Instagram to reflect on 2024, painfully sharing that she began the year with her father and ended without him.
She added,“Sometimes, you think you’re ready, but NOTHING prepares you for the loss of a PRESENT & LOVING parent like my daddy.Started the year with my daddy, ending it without my daddy”.
Her post was accompanied by a memorial graphic paying tribute to her father, revealing that he passed away on December 20, 2024.
Although, the circumstances of his passing were not disclosed, but is survived by loved ones.
Meanwhile, the post’s comment section has been inundated with condolences from fans and industry colleagues over the irreparable loss.
