Jay-Z tops Forbes’ list of greatest rappers of all time list
American rapper Sean Carter, better known as Jay-Z, has been crowned the greatest rapper of all time by Forbes.
The magazine has unveiled its list of the 50 Greatest Rappers of All Time, honoring the finest talents in the hip-hop industry.
Jay-Z claimed the top spot, with Kendrick Lamar, Lil Wayne, J. Cole, and Tupac following closely in positions 2 through 5.
Drake, Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Nas, and Eminem round out the top 10.
Further down the list, you’ll find Andre 3000 at 11, The Notorious B.I.G. at 12, Missy Elliott at 13, Chuck D at 14, and A$AP Rocky at 15. Lil’ Kim, Tyler, the Creator, Snoop Dogg, Ghostface Killah, and Common occupy spots 16 through 20.
Other notable figures in hip-hop, such as 50 Cent, Ice Cube, Juice WRLD, Lauryn Hill, Dr. Dre, Queen Latifah, Busta Rhymes, Future, Childish Gambino, Bad Bunny, Pusha T, Cardi B, and Young Thug, are ranked at 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34, 40, 46, 48, and 49, respectively.
