‘I’d have been greater than Wizkid if I hadn’t fallen out with PSquare’ – May D

Nigerian singer May D has revealed that his Grammy award-winning colleague, Wizkid, might not have achieved his level of success had it not been for his falling out with his former record label, Square Records.

He made this assertion in the midst of a passionate argument with fans of Wizkid on X, recently.

“If no be wetin happen between me and Psquare, who be Wiz [Wizkid]? Chai,” he wrote.

May D accused Wizkid’s supporters of resorting to attacks after he posted a tribute to Davido.

“Because I spoke about David, Wizkid boys are attacking me Lmao even wiz know I love him, but if y’all come for me I’ll finish all of you and your oga,” he said.

“Even your Wizkid knows his limits! Don’t f*ck with me.”
