Nigerian record producer and music executive, Michael Collins Ajereh, better known as Don Jazzy, has generously donated N100 million to a non-governmental organization (NGO) led by a controversial self-styled activist, Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan.
This generous act was revealed in a video message posted on his social media channels on Thursday.
VeryDarkMan, who had previously announced the establishment of his NGO, initially expressed panic upon discovering the sum of money in his bank account.
He mentioned feeling suspicious, suspecting either a glitch or a deliberate setup following some contacts he made to verify the source of the funds. They had confirmed that they hadn’t transferred the money to him.
However, his relief was palpable upon receiving a message from Don Jazzy, who confirmed that he was the one who had sent the N100 million to support his NGO.
