An Australian actress who married her stepbrother has announced that they are expecting their first child together.
Scarlet Vas, well known for her role as policewoman Mishti Sharma in Neighbours, and her husband Tayo Ricci are expecting a daughter next month.
The pair met as youngsters in Melbourne, but they became ‘family’ after their parents began dating.
Scarlett and Tayo fell in love and tied the knot on the Greek island of Mykonos in September last year.
They recently shared their exciting pregnancy news with a sweet Instagram video showing the moment they received a positive test.
The pair also showed ultrasound scans in which they heard their baby’s heartbeat.
‘Baby Ricci. Our Christmas Miracle,’ the video was captioned.Scarlet told news.com.au that despite some backlash over their relationship, it doesn’t ‘affect us’.
‘I don’t really read our comments section, but if I do, I actually laugh. We find trolls very entertaining,’ she said.
‘If something’s really negative, we might comment back, we find it is quite a good disarming tactic.’
Scarlet starred on Neighbours from 2017 to 2018. She’s since become a successful OnlyFans Model.
She recently disclosed that she is now making a fortune by posting sensual photos with Tayo on OnlyFans.
‘I’m in the 0.01%, like the lowest you can go on OF. But every month’s been getting better. Like last month was my best month. I hit almost $200k and then this month I’m going to do well over $200k,’ she said on Uncensored Podcast with Mario Adrion.
