About one week to committing the suicide, he came to my house, asking me if I have rat poison. When I probed further, he explained that he wanted to use it to clear some rodents in his house.
I was also told he went to a chemist shop in the neighbourhood to check the poisonous substance and succeeded in buying one before travelling to his village to take his life,”he neighbors said
The deceased, from Ini local government area, having lost both parents at a very young age, was raised by his aunt, who saw him through secondary school. He later got financial assistance from family and friends to run the PoS business.
Amidst the uncertainty of tough times, it was reported that he resorted to using his iPhone to engage in a cyber scheme with social media criminals, who welcomed him into the underground network involved in Yahoo-Plus activities, only for him to be deceived after his initiation.

At that moment, it was reported that he requested a loan from his uncle, but the uncle could only provide N10,000. He muttered softly, “what can N10,000 possibly accomplish?”
Later that evening, he was said to have attended Church and returned late, waiting for everyone to settle down before turning to the deadly substance.
His lifeless body was found on the veranda, leaving his family in complete shock. They sent a group to comb through his house for any clues related to his demise, but found nothing.
