I’m not close to 40 – Rapper Blaqbonez clarifies his age

Nigerian rapper Emeka Akumefule, widely recognized as Blaqbonez, has addressed the ongoing debate about his age.

The artist behind the hit song ‘Like Ice Spice’ has found himself at the center of online discussions regarding how old he really is.

In a recent chat with Naija FM in Lagos, Blaqbonez set the record straight, dismissing claims that he is nearing 40.

He confirmed that he is actually 30 years old.

“I am not close to 40. I am 30. But I guess that’s close to 40 than closer to zero,” he said.
